That's really good.  I tried going caffeineless and couldn't do it.  Caffeine and tobacco are such hard vices for me to break - I get a nasty fever if I go more than 2 days without.

Have you tried black tar heroin?  It really diverts your attention away from the headaches and fevers.

No I haven't.  My doctor isn't really that thorough, so he doesn't really recommend anything helpful at all.

I'll have to pick some up on my way home.
