This morning, for the first time in my life, I made pancakes that actually resembled and tasted like pancakes. 

The secret to this?  A griddle.  I had always used a skillet because I didn't have a griddle.  It makes all the difference in the world.

Yeah, they don't taste all so good but wow, are they round.
