I'm so excited!  I'm actually planting stuff in my yard.  Two forsythia bushes I planted like a month and a half ago have nearly doubled in size.  Today we're planting a new iris I got, some butterfly bushes and milkweed (who knew there was more than one kind of milkweed?) to attract butterflies (duh).  Next week it's the tomato and pepper garden.

I'm stunned.  My former home was, well, unfriendly to plants.

I think so, Brain, but how will we get the Spice Girls into the paella?

you can buy milkweed?   interesting, ive been toying with it to have butterflys in the area.  very peaceful creatures...

The "monarch watch" at the University had an open house and plant sale.  They had 7 different kinds of milkweed.  I got a purple one for myself, and some white for my friend.
