there are rumors that although Sonic Youth has no plans of breaking up....bUt that this may be their last tour as Sonic Youth...in other words their last "rock" tour

if you like them and have not seen them....i can say that they are amazing live and tend to play nice long sets

after the 4th they are tour with Pearl Jam...as the opening act!?.....

Sonic Youth played a warm-up show at NYU before heading out on tour.  Tickets were five bucks.  I stood next to the left speaker.

The next day, I could not stand or walk straight when I woke.  It lasted almost a whole day.

Make sure you cut yourself a few times in visible places so that you have ultra cool scabs that will tell people how hardcore you are.
