News: You know, I think that if there was a person you didn't like, and you handed them Wasabi Peas and a Vernor's ginger ale, and told them to inhale the smell of Vernor's through their nose and then take a bite of the Wasabi Peas and then exhale through their nose, you could kill them and totally get away with it.

Love the wine country

Better than I thought for a Pilot.  I was a big fan of the original but short lived series in '83.  It was cheesy and doesn't hold up well 20 plus years later.  The new one...it was solid-at least for a first episode.

I still enjoy the original.  The special effects are awesomely bad.

The new one was great.  Wash!

I didn't even realize until I just looked it up that Jane was in Serenity and Firefly.  She looks so different without all that hair.

I just realized, watching the reruns of the old series, that the chick that plays Supreme Commander Pamela was the same chick that played the bad guy chick in Superman II.
