I just put a pot roast in the crock pot.  I layered some diced potatoes and some baby carrots on top.  Then I covered it with the contents of a can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup.  It should be ready by 7pm.  Iggy, does that give you enough time to drive over here and eat dinner with us?

It never occured to me to use the Golden Mushroom soup for anything.  EXCITEMENT ABOUNDS at the possibilities!!!!

Mix a can of Golden Mushroom, Cream of Mushroom and a 1/2 pint of sour cream over some browned and seasoned ground beef. Serve on top of egg noodles. Wonderful beef stroganough (sp?).
