It sounds great except for the zucchini, yellow tomato and beet salad.

Yeah, if you just traded out the zucchini, yellow tomato and beets for say.....burger and fries, it would be fantastic!

I've decided I'm no longer going to shun Beefy, I'm going to shun you instead.

Anyway- we had jerk shrimp, sweet potato pudding with raisins and pecans, cilantro grilled mushrooms and grilled zucchini slices for dinner.

YUM.

Sorta.  I don't have the real recipe, but it's mashed up sweet potatoes with spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, a little chili powder) mixed with raisins and pecans, with a little brown sugar on top.

Goes well with Caribbean food.

Boca Burger with tomato, lettuce and mustard.  I hate all things vegetarian, BUT I'm trying to lose weight and some sacrifices are worth it for better health.  But if I was ignoring the diet, it would be a Fudrucker's Burger with Jalapeno cheese and sauteed onions!!

I had a chicken breast panini from the airport Italian fast food place courtesy of Northwest Airlines. My 1:55 flight from Memphis to Minneapolis has been delayed until 5:30. I then get to hang out in Minneapolis until 9:00 and arrive in Edmonton around midnight central time.

But I did enjoy the chicken breast panini.

They'll probably get just as good service for less money using contractors.  That said, I find it sad that the only way these airlines say they can remain competitive is if their front-line employees take pay cuts.  Does anyone know by how much executives have offered to cut their salaries?
