I bought some chicken thighs for dinner because they were on sale today.

I've never cooked thighs before, and I forgot how greasy dark meat is. Especially because I drown all my food in olive oil when I cook.

Ugh.

Underneath this flabby exterior is an enormous lack of character.

That's all I usually get.  White meat is much more expensive.  Plus it's dry.  Yuck.
