We're updating some computers here to Office 2003.  There are service packs and patches and blah blah blah.  Do we have to load each individual one or can we just go to the last one and load that?

I think so, Brain, but how will we get the Spice Girls into the paella?

Just run Windows Update on each system. It will install all the individual patches and roll-up patches in the correct order.
