News:

A child can go only so far in life without potty training. It is not mere coincidence that six of the last seven presidents were potty trained, not to mention nearly half of the nation's state legislators.

I really expected this to be gross.  Instead, I find myself wishing I had more of it!

Puke it up and eat it again.

There were like 3 peas, and you couldn't taste them anyway.

That stuff was really good.  It was way better than lean cuisine meals, but not horribly fattening, really.

I especially couldn't taste them because I didn't eat that nasty pea gunk.

Jessie

Peas are no good stand alone, but mostly harmless in a mixed dish.

Nuh uh.  They're still gross.

What is so wrong about peas? That reminds me of my buddy Ian who refused to eat my crispy, sweet, juicy, delicious super giant snow peas from my garden, claiming "his mom made hm peas" and that he didn't like them. Turns out he had only ever eaten canned peas in his whole life.

Poor guy.

Snow peas is good eatin'.  As are sugar snap peas.  Little spheroid green balls of starchy mushy nastiness are a different story.

So you don't like cooked peas? Pea soup?

I don't like overcooked green peas, but I really like pea soup.

JJ

I used to work at a pea splitting plant. www.walkerseeds.ca

You wouldn't like the smell by the railway at the pea plant, then. ;)

I'm ok with split pea soup as long as there are good sized pieces of ham in it.

These are good because they do not require refridgeration.

I decided to put some peas in a cookie sheet in the oven.  They were burned and seasoned (don't ask) and the crusty scrapings were delicious.
