What Ice Cream goes with what meal?

Remember the scene in City Slickers where Ira and Barry Shalowitz introduced themselves and were explaining why they made some much money?  It was because Barry was able to pick the exact right ice cream to go with ANY meal.  They issued a challenge to Billy Crystal's character and he responded with Franks and Beans.  Barry fires back, "scoop of chocolate, scoop of vanilla, don't waste my time!"  Then Crystal comes back with Sauteed Seabass, asparagus , and potatoes augratin.  Barry stammers momentarily and then calls out "Rum Raisin!!"

Me and my wife went to ColdStone Creamery after eating at a Mexican restaurant for lunch. I had the Founder's Favorite and she had something with peanut butter.

Neither of us had dinner.

Damn, that's a lot of calories.

And yes, I put a dollar in the tip jar and they sang to us.

I'm not much of a dessert girl.  We went out to the new swanky restaurant in town the other night for Grumpus's birthday dinner.  Neither of us could manage dessert, but the food was incredible.  Wanna hear what we ate?  You do?  Okay!

To start, he had grilled sea scallops wrapped in bacon.  I don't like sea scallops.  These were delicious!
I had crab claw and avacado salad. Mmmmm!

Next were black truffle lobster risoto and tempura asparagus and onion rings with 3 vinegars.  Soooo yummy!

Finally, ribeye steak with garlic potatoes and baby spinach and asparagus and carrots.  And tempura BACON!!

I'm still full.
