I wanna resize a picture so I can have my lovely mug as my avatar, but have no skillz.

Can any of you help a sister out?  There is a special treat for whoever does it...

Your MS office package might have a copy of MS photo editor.  If so, open it, then the picture you want, click image(at the top) and select resize.  Then, one of the options is to choose to resize by pixel and then set the highest number at 200 and the other number will change to maintain aspect ratio.  Click save as for a new version(to preserve the original) and then you can upload your avatar.

You can resize and stuff, but nothing fancy.  It's freeware.  http://www.irfanview.com
