I would love to play.  I'm a total junky for FF and have been playing since long before the internet.  I'm going to be in 3 leagues this fall if you guys let me in.  Could someone send me the info on where to log in and such?  Depending on the day and time, like before I got back to school in early August or on a weekned, I would LOVE to do a live draft.  I've done one in the past and though it took a long while, I loved it.

PS.  If you haven't selected a site for it yet, yahoo does a really good one that I've used for 4 seasons now.  I would be willing to be commissioner if no one wants the job. 

PPS.  If anyone like Allice does have a Red Grange autograph of anything, even a napkin, it's worth several hundred dollars!!!  I knew guy who had an autographed football that he got signed by Red in the early 80's.  It was like a shrine in his sports card shop.  Soooooooooo cool.

Good point. I've been burned by that twice in the last few years.  In '01, Jamal Lewis crashed my whole season with his ACL.

It doesn't matter to me.  I'm assuming that my power will go out right before the draft, just like last year.

When can we have one to begin with?  I don't even think football camps are open.

I'd say any of the weekends in August.  We just need to pick a time that each of us will have about4 hours available to not be interrupted.  I recall it took that long last time I did a live draft because there is always a lot of thinking and adjusting based on previous picks.

I just signed in and I could be wrong, but did you set it to allow for any bench players?  We're going to need some depth and all I saw was your starting roster totals.  I figure we need about5 to 7 spots for depth to make changes during bye weeks and poor matchups.  Or did you already do that and I just didn't see it?

Also, do you know how the live draft works for yahoo?  I've never done theirs.

Yes.  You get a severe electrical storm and lose power about 30 minutes before the draft begins, and then the power comes back on during the 8th round.  At least that's how their draft worked for me last year.
