Mushrooms are awesome. On pizza.  In salads.  Stuffed with crab meat.  Marinated.  Just about anywhere and anyhow.  Vote for mushroom!

I love just about any marinated or cooked mushroom.  No mushroom sandwiches or raw.

I eat mushrooms almost everyday. I pretty much only eat baby bellas, though, preferably sauteed.

I don't like them raw, but I'll eat them in salads sometimes.
Underneath this flabby exterior is an enormous lack of character.

i don't like them raw - that squeaky thing they do on your teeth is not appetizing.

however, i love them in every other format although i'll go along with the "mushroom sandwiches might be going a bit far" faction, mostly because there's so many other things i'd rather have on a sandwich.

i make a mushroom pecan pate that is awesome. my brother detests mushrooms and ate about half of an entire pate one night before discovering what was in it. i wasn't trying to keep it from him. it just didn't occur to me that he would eat it. or eat so much of it.....

Once upon a time I read somewhere that raw mushrooms have some sort of carcinogen.  (Like what doesn't??)

So I don't eat them raw anymore.  But sauteed in butter and dumped over a nice medium rare steak... *swoon*
