It's a TV show.  They're just taking the beginning of it and putting it on screen to help sell it.

Tartakovsky's show was awesome, this CG stuff looks like it'll disappoint.  I don't know exactly what they plan to cover with this new one.

Clone Wars was better than any of the three prequels.

I have no hope for this new show without Tartakovsky's involvement.  He seems to be the only one left involved with the Star Wars universe that remembers what made it so cool in the first place.l
