Ok, I would buy a Primanti's sandwich. According to their website it is a "a big hunk of grilled meat and chilly cole slaw and hot fried egg and fresh tomato and crisp French fries between two slabs of chewy Italian bread that you could hardly fit into your mouth". I mean, other than the cole slaw and tomato (hold the slaw and tomato, please), that sounds pretty tasty.

The Brits sound like they take two pieces of buttered bread and put french fries between them and call that a sandwich. Um... ew?
