Everyone in my family by now has gotten the "pickle surprise" birthday card.  It's a card shaped like a pickle, and on the inside it says "bet you didn't expect a big paper pickle for your birthday".

My former boss (love the lovely former boss) gave me that card for my birthday a few years back.  I taped it to my monitor.  It confused people.
"Pinky, are you pondering what I'm pondering?"
