Whole wheat bread

Isn't all that bad, actually.  My doctor told me that if I don't want to become diabetic like practically everyone else in my family I need to change my diet.  He said to stop eating white bread and other breads with processed, bleached flour and switch to breads made with whole grains.  So today I made a sandwich with whole wheat bread, ham, and reduced-fat baby swiss cheese.  It was pretty good!

I'd eat Miracle Whip sandwiches when I was a kid.  Two slices of white bread with a generous dollup of Miracle Whip inbetween.
