I think the barista at Caribou put too much caffeine in my drink this morning.  (Campfire mocha, no whipped cream.)  Normally I'm not this jittery.

Alice

Can't put too much in.  The tamp only holds so much espresso - so unless you asked for an extra shot - it'll be the exact same amount as any other time you've gotten a drink.  :)

You heard the lady, the problem is with you, buddy.   Don't you know that people who make coffee are perfect?

That's not what I meant.   :P

The machine you brew the espresso on will make the same amount every single time.

Hm.  Well, then, maybe it's me.

Bennyhana

Yeah, but the beans are grown, not manufactured, so it's possible that he got too much caffiene.  It wouldn't technically be the coffeee lady's fault, but the word "Barista" makes me have to poop.

One slice of roast beef.  Two bagels (one pumpernickel, one everything).  Cream cheese.  About a liter of water.

That's it.

Coffee sucks.

Wow, you found a place that sells Literawater?  I can't even find Literacola anymore.

that was my only guess.  i have noticed b12 making hyper lately.  so now i have a bottle of sublingual b12 that i take in the afternoon when i've gone to the gym, had lunch, and just want nap-time.  if i have coffee afterwards i'm soooo jittery

I thought B12 had to be injected.

Sublingual?  The Vitamin can't speak?

pumpkineye

sublingual means you put it under your tounge and let it disolve, or if it's liquid, you just let it absorb for 30 seconds then swallow.  b12 is injected, but that's larger quantities, because the body will only absorb so much via pill/liquid form

Bennyhana

ah.  I just do a line of coke after lunch.
