I made like the best meal ever

I sauteed portabella mushrooms, chopped spinach, and minced garlic in olive oil. I pan cooked some chicken breasts in oil with this tuscany blend of herbs I have. And I mixed some penne & bowtie pasta, and used the juices from the sauteed mushrooms, spinach, and garlic as the sauce for the pasta.

I can't wait til I get hungry again so I can eat the rest.

there is a lot to be said about cooking something really inspired and tasty... and it's just for you. i mean, i love cooking for other people, but i rarely do something that nice just for me. i probably should more often.
