I like caramel, but it upsets my stomach.  Hitherto, no caramel for me.

Really?  That's odd.  Are you lactose intolerant or is it the sugar? 

Maybe you're allergic to a coloring.  I found out that I'm allergic to Blue 4 - which is so strange.  My roomie always got these headaches from certain drinks... she found out she was allergic to one of the red colorings.

Oh that sucks.  I'm that way with cold milk... I can't drink ice cold milk or I get ill.  But a little above room temp is fine.

The human digestive system is weird.
