Next Weekends Menu

[Alice]

Having 2 guests in from out of town.  They get in late Friday.  Here's my menu that I'm going to make, I think. 

I'm posting this because a) nobody is posting b) I'll have a reference to look back at c) suggestions are welcome.


Saturday
Lunch:
Farfalle pasta with sauteed mushrooms and red peppers, olive oil, garlic, a few seasonings, artichoke hearts and parmesean cheese.  With a loaf of bread - maybe sourdough.

Dinner:
Margarita chicken with a side of cous cous and grilled veggies.

Sunday
Lunch:
We'll be in the city - so eating out.

Dinner:
Steak with rosemary/garlic baked potatoes, bleu cheese and crab stuffed mushrooms, and green beans.

Monday
Lunch:
Luke is making sushi.

Dinner:
Mango curry chicken, spinach puff thingies and a simple salad.

I'll have the roasted duck with the mango salsa.

I don't have much of an appetite.  Thank you.

But for reals, that sounds really good.

I would also suggest chicken picatta...I made it the other night and it was AWESOME.
