Once, some blogger (I forget who) said he saw an ep of The Simpsons with the "captions for the blind" -- in other words, a SAP channel that said "Homer walks across the kitchen" while he walked across the kitchen.

I love when that happens.  I've only seen it happen with the Simpsons though.
