YAAAAAAAAAY!!!

The Moonworlds series is awesome.  It has supplanted Discworld, Anita Blake, and even Star Trek as my favorite book series.

Is Anne Rice writing about vampire cows now?

Ha!  I didn't even notice that.

It's by Sean McMullen, not Anne Rice (who now only writes about Jesus, doesn't she?)

Yay! It came!

I love Amazon.  I paid $18.45... cover price is $27.95.

How can you justify spending that much money on one 450-page book?

Gamplayerx

I can't.  That's why I patronize the local library.  Free, baby!

(sorry, dc)

I have this thing about owning and rereading books.  I have a couple of books I've read more than 20 times, and I still enjoy them as much as the first time.  I own over 1000 books.

I suppose if I completely run out of reading material and can't think of anything I want to reread, I'll go to the library, but I just got Dune Books 2-6, so I've got to read those, plus Voidfarer and the latest by Mil Millington.  Should keep me busy for about 6 weeks.

If I read a book that hits home with me, I buy it.  But the initial read I do for free.

Alice

I never use the library.  I love being surrounded by books.  Even if I buy a book and hate it - it goes up on my shelves.

I do that, too.  Except that I do it with video games instead of books.

Ok, carry on.
11:42:24 [Gamplayerx] I keep getting knocked up.
11:42:28 [Gamplayerx] Er. OUT!

I probably have a couple of hundred books.  But considering I read around 3 books a week, I'd be bankrupt if I bought them all.

I own a couple hundred books.  I love books.  I love the smell of old books.  Books are good.
we should have kept the quote pyramid up to rape Jessie in the face.

It was good.  Not as good as Glass Dragons (Book 2), but still good.  I liked it.
