I disaggree.  I did yesterday's in 17 minutes (though I had to answer the door in the middle), and todays in 6 minutes and 30 secs. despite the fact that I was eating.

Well, I also found today harder than yesterday.  Took me almost 10 minutes today and only 3 and change yesterday.

The key is to remember that you can't have two of one thing and one of another.  So if you have two boxes with diamond shapes, the other can't be an oval or squiggly... same goes for color, fill pattern and number of shapes in a box.

To make a set, either everything about each box must be different or each box in the set must have all but one element the same.  In the first example I gave, all the boxes had 3 figures, all the boxes had green figures, all 3 boxes and triangular figures.  The one difference was the filling.
