Wanted used missile for satellite use only. Not atomic weapons use ...doesn't even have to work. I got the idea from the North Koreans. I am a bit of a drama queen and seek attention. Would accept a used made North Korean model. I know they have a reputation for making sorta crappy ones (last one they sent up blew up 10 seconds after launch) like I explained it doesn't have to work. So it should be affordable. I will pay up to $250.00 if it is in decent shape.
