I didn't use some weird half shirt long haired freak to help me but tonight -- I made bread.  So low sodium bread it's almost not worth mentioning the salt content except that it's so low.  YAY!!  And it's white bread!  Call me racist, I don't care.  I have so missed white bread. It's delicious. 

I so love bread.

Now, if only I can figure out how to make low salt bacon and cheese ...
