Yummy nectarine

I bought a bunch of nectarines about 4 days ago.  None were quite soft enough to eat yet.  My mother told me that if you put them in a brown paper bag for a few days, they'd ripen up do to something in the paper.  It worked.  I am eating the juiciest nectarine I've had in years.  Soooooooooo good.
