Someone is going to have a long and crazy flashback.

Since they're on an island (right?) someone is going to drown.

People that were friends, are going to not be friends - they'll split up into groups like in Lord of the Flies.

There will be a big explosion.

Some small child will be killed or injured.

Someone everyone likes will die.

Whatever the "big secret" is, will be revealed, but only a tiny bit.

Have I missed any other season finale typical endings?  Maybe.  Well, those are my predictions for a show I've never seen.  And if half of them come true, that will explain why I'm tired of TV and why people need to hire me to write plots for them.

HAH!!! Your totally missed Asian child slavery kidnappers.  Um... but you were about 100% right on the rest.   Did you write this stuff or what?  It was a pretty good show; the creepy ghost things sent a chill up my spine.

Beefy

There was a big explosion.  Two of them, in fact.

The person who died was not a child nor a main character.

The big secret was not revealed, though more was added to the mystery.  Locke at least vocalized it more.

They were split into groups, but not in Lord of the Flies fashion.

A frustrating end, and not as unique as I had hoped (woe, though thy may find thyself heading down the X-Files path), but intriguing enough to pay attention at the start of next season.

Soo....I guess I didn't know anything about this show.

I thought it was a reality series.

Jessie

Maybe I'll give it a second chance and watch the re-runs.
we should have kept the quote pyramid up to rape Jessie in the face.

Me too! From reading Beef's commentary, I should have checked it out.

FalloutBoy

I think the show will be massive next season. They'll probably put out the DVDs in a few months, such a cool show.

QuoteDude, you have some Arnzt on you.

Teeny, due to spoiler.

Funny line.
That cracked me up.

I finally watched it. I thought they were going to end with three cliff hanging story lines. I guess two cliff hangers is enough.

I only count two. The boat/kid I count as one and the pit of despair is the second. I thought they were going to leave us hanging about the baby, but the mother and child were reunited.

I think the third one is - who killed Patrick Duffy?

I think he was just out of the water for too long and suffocated.

You did a terrific job with that other movie that I asked you to review that one time.  Gripping.
