My husband guessed Sayid, but I said that doesn't work because although he's there now, he wasn't then.  Unless there are more time anomalies than they've shown.  So.

In the fall, but hopefully not until they learn how to write better.  If the biggest tease for season 3 that they could muster was Sylar getting his power back, then my hopes aren't high.
