BBQ Chicken pizza

I made this for dinner last night.  I bought a roast chicken from the deli, shredded the meat up and mixed it with bbq sauce.  Put it on a Boboli shell with some smoked gouda and baked it.

Not bad- it could have used more cheese.

I've never had BBQ chicken pizza, I object to the whole concept.

You should try it, Gamp.  I objected too, til I gave it a shot.  Onions, chicken, cheese, yum.

It doesn't have red sauce too- just the bbq if that's what's grossing you out.

California Pizza Kitchen makes an awesome BBQ Chicken Pizza.

Too bad now I live here and refuse to go.  I should try to make my own.
