ok, over the summer I want to finish the book I started, When Computers Attack. The theme of the book is going to be what to do when your computer acts up, and how to prevent it from acting up. I have a general idea of what I'm going to cover, but I wanted to know if you guys would help.

Here is what I need: What is the one thing you would like to learn to do on your computer? Either something you don't know at all or something you want to know better.
And, what is the most frustrating thing about your computer?

I'm trying to get as much feedback as possible to make sure I'm headed in the right direction.

When my computer locks up while looking at porn... .I mean random sites on the net .  There are so many viruses and spyware packages that try to load themselves when you look at a particular page.

it would be really helpful to have a simple calendar - "do this once a week, do this once a month" kind of thing for upkeep, maintenance, security, and backup. is this going to be an e-book, or print? if e-book, then add links for reputable software and shareware for some of those chores.

I thought that the point of the Exchange server was that there was one server which would serve an entire group and keep them all connected.  If this isn't the case, then Microsoft has decided that you ALL need to spend a lot of money on Exchange server.

I think maybe explaining basic terms would be good for all the idiots out there.   Like the lady I work with who kept telling me to go to the first screen in our system... meaning the desktop, which took about 10 mins to figure out.
