And 20 years later, I'm still suffering from overhearing that album.  I lived in college dorms when it came out.  I heard it playing 48 hours a day, 37 days a week.  Axl's voice remains on par with a dentist's drill to me.

I thankfully lived in Cedarbrook, but one of my roommates did a fierce Axl Rose imitation.
