I'm teaching myself how to make ambigrams - word art that you can read rightside-up or upside-down.


First one:



Next one is my best friend Chip's name and Lena, his nickname for me:



Then the last one is a start of a tattoo for a friend who wanted one that says "free will" and "destiny".  It's still in progress, it needs to be fine tuned a bit, but this is it so far:

The Jabberwocky isn't exactly in a fast-recall area of my memory. :)  That said, even with the words listed for comparison, I find that one to be unreadable.

The Jabberwocky isn't exactly in a fast-recall area of my memory. :)  That said, even with the words listed for comparison, I find that one to be unreadable.

I used to have a bunch of The Jabberwocky memorized just from repeated reading and reciting.  Once I recognized it it made it easier to read.
