That site made no sense to me.

I want one!

It confused me until I realized that the simplest way to do it is to click the words like "hair" or "hands" and then click on the picture I wanted in the resulting window.  It will put in the number for you.  Then, when you've gone through all the variables, click Create.  I didn't mess with the up/down thing.
