www.randomhouse.com has downloads direct from them. Probably plenty of torrent sites out there as well.
Your local public library may now have it as one of their options. I've read that libraries all over Houston have started offering that too because it's so popular with the kids because of their affinity for all things gadgety and electronic.
Harry Potter isn't in a downloadable/MP3 format. You can get it on CD and rip it yourself or download it from an NZB.
Other than Harry Potter, I would suggest you check out www.audible.com
