I remember reading a short story when I was in elementary or middle school about the earth in the future.

I think it was about two kids who lived in a bubble because there was no water or air left.

I think they were going outside for the first time ever to see either water or sunlight.

Anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?

unfortunately, it's a much sadder story than that....

it's a great story, though.
