Absolutely amazing book. Well worth your 8 bucks if you buy it, or your time if you check it out from your local library. Go get it.

Own it, haven't read it yet. Gonna start Simmons' "The Terror" soon.

Read Hyperion before starting in on The Terror. Simmons Sci-Fi stuff is his best. Trust me.

If you liked "Hyperion", you should read the follow up books "Fall of Hyperion" and "Endymion".

Finished Fall of Hyperion last night. I plan to pick up Endymion and Rise of Endymion soon.

If you dig simmons, his dualogy Ilium and Olympus blew me out of my seat. Worth the time.

I have those as well. Started Ilium but got sidetracked and need to restart. Also need to bone up on The Iliad beforehand.

My Simmons backlog is growing too large.
