Title: Sedaris
Post by: dazie on October 13, 2006, 11:01:41 PM
1.  Fantastically funny
2.  Reminded me of dc in some ways, but not the "gay & lives in France" part
3.  Gave me my most uncomfortable moment yet as the mother of a teenaged son (who was sitting next to me) He explained what the term "rusty trombone" means.

You took Tim?

Did he love it?

Did you tie Kate up in the car?

I did.
He did.
She spent the night at a friend's house.

I thought I'd shrivel up from mortification when someone asked what a rusty trombone meant.  Thanks to Beefy, I already knew and was hoping nobody would ask.

I must say, he (David Sedaris, not Beefy) is a bit more, um... "earthy" live than he is on NPR.

No.  DC is David Sedaris.
