Use the up and down arrow to keep the long bar in the green, with the line going across the screen.
Underneath that is a thick bar, it'll ask you to hit space now and then. And sometimes the arrow on the left or right will light up, hit the left or right button accordingly to dance.
I didn't do too well, apparently.
