Is there a way to have Outlook automatically datestamp a calendar entry?
I maintain a set of calendars at work, but I'm not the only one who has write access. I'd like to have Outlook put the creation date on each entry, so I can say "NO- you didn't add yours first"
just delete their record and add yours... then lock the calender from changes.
:) I'm so glad you're posting today.
To my knowledge you can only look at the date/time something was last modfied, which may or may not be when it was created.
I'm still looking at it.

thank you!
you might check the view menu. i think you can get a table view, then add a "creation time" field to the displayed fields.
i don't have a copy of outlook convenient to look at, though

Nobody. I double booked a room and was trying to figure out who put the appointment there first.

Nope. I was trying to cover my mighty backside of incompetence.
