Title: newtons
Post by: Listener on August 09, 2006, 09:37:09 AM
Have Newtons (the cookies fruit-and-cake rectangles) gotten smaller?  I bought a pack on sale a week ago, and they seem much smaller than they were when I was 10.

Well, consider the fact that adults' mouths are bigger than children's mouths.  Of course stuff appears smaller now than when you were 10.

Well, yeah, but some things are the same size and look smaller, and some things just ARE smaller.  I contend that Newtons are the latter.

You have to add the lead first to make it palatable.

Just because you almost poision some member's children, they will never let you forget it.  It was almost a year and a half ago!  In internet time thats like 20 years.

PS Gamp next time Alice complains about candy, say something about lead

I'm sure it's the lack of lead that's leading her down the path to disappointment.  You should go get her some Mexican treats.
