Title: Tale of How
Post by: SockmonkeyHolocaust on July 14, 2006, 12:21:11 PM
This is a link to download "The Tale of How" a very weird homegrown musical short that is kind of like what it would look like if Nick Cave and Danny Elfman collaborated. It's got great animation, it's veeeeeeeeeery dark and it's charming. The little birds you see live on an old octopus who harvests them for food. The birds are trying to get free and have to call on an unlikely hero to save them.

I downloaded it, but it won't play.  What do I use to open it with?

I figured I would download it and watch at my leisure. Good thing too, 70MB at 60KB/sec could take a while.

It's really worth it. It's a beautifully odd short in the vein of a children's story book.
