Title: skim milk in coffee
Post by: dazie on June 20, 2006, 08:32:43 AM
muh.

In an effort to NOT reach maximum density, I've started asking for skim milk in my morning latte.

It isn't BAD, but it just doesn't have the same feel to it.  *sigh*

It's the absence of fat.  My mom swears that you can't tell the difference between skim milk and two-percent.  But she's nuts.  Skim milk is nothing but white water in a cleverly disguised attempt to make you believe that you are drinking milk.

Just the thought of that makes me a little queasy.  I don't think that'd taste so good with almond latte.

Now she's gone
And I'm back on the beat
A stain on my notebook
Says nothing to me
Now she's gone
And I'm out with a friend
With lips full of passion
And coffee in bed

bettimon and i have discussed the importance of regular squeeze listening. it's too easy to get distracted by these other, flash in the pan kinds of things. you have to return to what is necessary.

Back when there was a Squeeze, I went to every concert close enough to go to.  They put on such fun shows.

I have a pretty strong love for Squeeze, but I only have one Squeeze song that is computer ready (Pulling Mussels From The Shell).  I mostly listen to Squeeze in the car on an original cassette tape from the eighties.  It's just somehow better that way.

I must find out about this dump of which Nishi speaks!
