Unfortunately, I had to use my camera phone. The salmon came out a little dry. This is apparently a difference between Alaskan and Icelandic - should have bought the icelandic. The polenta grilled up nicely. I make dinner for my siblings once a week, usually wednesday. This was Wednesday's meal. Turned out okay, except for the fish. Should have marinated it or added some avocado butter before it was off the grill
That looks great! Now I'm all hungry.
(except for the peas. Peas are gross. Yuck)

this is pretty good too, and would go well with the salmon and a nice pinot gris.
That looks really good. Where do you get your salmon?
I cook my peas in butter and pepper. They are very good.

We go to The Wharf in SW or Eastern Market...I haven't tried Whole Foods salmon. I will have to try it if you endorse it.
Both fish AND peas are gross. I'm intrigued by the avocado butter, however.
That's just a fancy way of saying fish and grits, which is good in my book.

Basically. Granted, no milk in the polenta. Different but equal.
