Are you talking about MUSC?  You can go there and have students perform surgery on you at reduced prices.

What struck me about this was the immediate leap from tissuejet printers to bacon.  I mean, who doesn't love bacon-as one of my students said, "It's the candy of meat!"-but why not talk about skin for burn victims or other repairs?  Bacon?  From a printer?  Gives me the jibblies.
