People around Cincinnati eat something similar to that, but I can't remember what it's called. It's some sort of sausage and oatmeal concoction, if I remember correctly. It is awful.
I normally am not a big fan of pork, and I don't know if pork was in the one I had, but the thing was tasty nonetheless.

Beef I'll have to get you some of the good stuff made 'round here in cajunland. There is a place down the street called "Ronnie's Boudin" and it is off the hook.
