Title: Cookie and IE issues
Post by: VikingJuice on October 12, 2005, 07:10:10 PM
I uploaded an update for IE recently and now all my cookies appear to have been erased.  Either that, or it did something else that I'm not aware of because everytime I come to this site the next day, all my logins and connections are forgotten.  I can't find the place to reset it to remember.  It seems like my cookies or whatever are getting deleted at some point overnight.

Can anyone help and tell me where and what to look for in IE?

That happened to my XP Pro machine after I downloaded the latest browser update from Microsoft.  Apparently they have further ratcheted down the browser, and the default security settings don't allow some cookies.  I haven't tried to change it because I have my passwords saved and they are auto-populated for me.

My IE won't do that either, or at least, I don't know how since I downloaded the most recent update.

Can I just say, in the nicest way possible, that your username hurts my eyes?

Why is that exactly?  Do you struggle with multiple syllables?

I hear it so often but it never gets old.  Thanks.  I'll change it in a little bit.

I've heard it, but it was referencing a mole.
