Take Jason and GO.
Just bought my tickets. ;D
What, do they think they're too good for Chicago?
We're going to see Ira Glass in January. Does that count?

Reminder to Jessie - take the evening off and go. It's a wonderful, unique experience. Drag Carol with you.

I have yet to make it through the album you sent me.
Hmm. I haven't made a lot of progress. I'm making a mental note to take the CD with me tomorrow.

Well, not all music is for everyone. If you don't enjoy it, don't make yourself listen to it.

I haven't heard enough to make that determination.

Still one of the best, most majestic, most powerful live musical acts I have ever seen. Wow.
Only complaint: stupid, lame-ass people in audience who don't understand the power of silence, especially when wielded artistically. Hence, during moments it was supposed to be quiet, you have assholes whooping and hollering like it was a Steely Dan or Less Than Jake show. I hope they all have flat tires on the way home tonight.
The opening act was Anima, who are actually the four women who comprise Sigur Ros' string section during concerts. Among other instruments they used were a harp, a block of wood, glasses of water, and a saw. Neat stuff to see live.

I lost my wallet at a Less Than Jake show a long time ago. How was your view of the stage and stuff?
