Title: Self-policing the Dump content

We have some old, old stuff that has been in the Dump for eons.  If you know you put something in there forever ago, and you have a minute, consider taking the time to go back and remove it.  We really ought to manage the content a bit better.

How about I just go and forward everything in the dump to you?  That way we don't have to worry about you losing anything!

I'm really tempted to make a poop joke about "dump content", but I'm just not in the mood.  So pretend I made one, and make with the laughing.
